DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF SPONSORSHIP. Children of Ecuador Foundation (CEF), is
a Non-Profit Foundation, established in By becoming a donator/sponsor/website member
please understand that you are not entering into any form of legal
association with CEF but simply as a financial donator to assist us in our
work to better the Foundations Beneficiaries lives. Using suitable forms of media, CEF will
provide all further explanatory details either requested or otherwise to all
its sponsors/donators about its activities that are in additional to the
information and pictures already published on the public/non-private website
pages. Your submitted personal details are kept
private and confidential at all times and are never rented, shares, sold or
distributed with or to any third party at any time now or the future. IMPORTANT:
For Donations to the value or greater than US$5,000, you
will be requested to provide us with valid
ID documents and to sign a Safe
Money Document, in order to verify the legality of your own, your
institution’s or company’s funds, to avoid legal problems with authorities in
line with anti-money laundering and other anti-criminal legislation. We want
ensure clarity throughout our operations keep our social and economical
activities steadily progressing without delays. Thank you for your co-operation with these

and the CEF Sponsors Program are under copyright
protection according to the laws of our regulator country, For Legal advice and further details

we know where the funds are coming from and so we can direct the proper thank
you to the right person. Please note the following terms and conditions
of usage of this website and any other public functions of the Children of
Ecuador Foundation’s Fundraising activities. These terms and conditions of membership are in force to
protect you and us so please read them carefully and respect them at all
times. Statutory Warning:
It is illegal for a promoter or participant in a trading scheme to
persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting other
people to participate in any scheme of any kind. Privacy: We collect your personal details,
as required by law, for the sole purposes of database recognition in terms of
qualifying your status with us as a customer/member and also in the event
that we are required to supply details of your membership in cases of legal
issuances of warrants for information by law enforcement agencies. Your details are deemed both and private and confidential
and as such we are bound by a Data Protection Act to never to supply, share,
rent or sell your details to any third party other than, by legal request, in
the manner stated herein above. Your
details can also be updated at any time by simply emailing us with your new
details. Any questions you may have concerning the issue of privacy
can be forwarded to us by use of the form on the ‘Contact’ page. Within the following paragraphs the
Children of Ecuador Foundation shall be quoted as CEF. u
‘Sponsorship’ status and the related granted access to our Private
Website Area is permitted ONLY to persons who have provided us with bona-fide
personal details at the point of intended donation and have successfully
completed a donation process via one of the available methods of donation
held within this website. if you do not provide this data you probably will not get access t our Sponsors Area. No
responsibility is taken for sponsors/donators who blatantly ignore these
terms in accordance with the laws that govern their own state/country
regarding charity donations. u
All donation transactions are deemed secure by either the appearance
of the “padlock” logo in the bottom right hand corner of any pages requiring
financially sensitive data to be provided or the “https://” appearing within
the URL (see your browser window) of any secure data request pages. u
‘Sponsor’ status will ‘commence full activity’ immediately upon
safe receipt of their first payment and the successful and correct set up of
the related monthly subscription, qualifying the new ‘sponsor’ immediate
access to the Private Area, after all relevant checks and anti-fraud
processes have been completed. An
email containing all access details will forwarded
once all relevant financial account checks have been done. u
It is the responsibility of the individual sponsor to ensure that
their monthly subscription payment is made on time due to Private Area access
restrictions as passwords are changed every month to avoid abuse so we
therefore recommend that every sponsor join our mailing list to be notified
of said changes as they happen.
Sponsors are in this case urged to think ahead in terms of
holiday/vacation time away from home thus ensuring adequate funding and/or reliance
upon their bank/credit/debit card debit route being available should account
funding be less than their chosen sponsorship payment. Absolutely NO responsibility is
taken by CEF or any of its associates for any circumstances where a member
misses a payment and subsequently loses access to the Private Area. We cannot stress enough the importance of
all sponsors being solely responsible for the smooth running of their access
at all times although we are happy, however, to provide full support to reconcile
any unfortunate circumstance to allow re-access at any time such issues
occur. u
Your privacy is strictly upheld at all times and your personal details
are never sold, rented, share with or distributed to any third party at any
time (with the exception of legal agency request). You agree to receive periodic email
communications from CEF concerning CEF business, products and essential
foundation/charity project updates. u
CEF is NOT responsible for individual acts of irresponsibility
by sponsors outside of these terms of sponsorship, due to the sponsor’s
participation in accordance with these published terms, which govern the
basis of sponsorship. Any sponsor
responsible for acts of promotional activity using materials not officially
approved by us in writing with have their sponsorship terminated immediately
with no refund of donations and absolutely no tolerance is levied for
dishonest claims of benefits from CEF by becoming a sponsor at any time as
this is illegal fundraising activity. u
The name ‘CEF’ and respective web domain names, BreadForKids.org,
BreadForKids.net and BreadForKids.com
are all registered to Mr David Villacresses,
President of CEF, by all of the relevant and necessary governing authorities
within u
Electronic advertising using a safe-list, e-zine,
classified and/or various others mediums are to be respected for their terms
of usage and advertising policy at all times.
Sponsors found contravening any of these third party service terms of
use will have their website access rights cancelled immediately. Please retain integrity at all times. u
The ‘Children of Ecuador Foundation’ including the name, format
and intellectual property are fully rights protected and any infringement of
these rights will be exposed and dealt with to the fullest extent of the

By completing the sign-up form and agreeing to these terms, you have
the right to cancel your sponsorship at any time although all donations and
sponsorship payments are deemed as ‘donations’ and as such do not warrant
refund at any time. You agree that
your donation(s) is just that. u
Standard format Statutory Warning is clearly displayed above
and thus deems the program free from any form of claim or dispute concerning
the promise or guarantee of any benefit from becoming a sponsor/donator of
CEF. The warning is displayed for
every potential and current sponsor’s own protection from attempts to bring
the foundation into disrepute and/or harm its patronage in any way. u
We resolutely appose the use of dumping, junk or bogus email
addresses. Any members found providing such false contact details will have
their membership suspended until the matter is resolved. Email "SPAMMING"
is also not tolerated at any level due to the unethical and
illegal nature of the practice. Any member found guilty of such practice,
will have their membership terminated immediately and will forfeit any
possible refund. u
Due to the Can Spam Act of 2003 all Commercial Emailing must now abide
by rules of professional conduct or be dealt with at the fullest extent of
the law in line with agreement to these terms when joining the foundation as
a sponsor/donator. u
When inviting others to participate…your full name,
residential/business address, email address and announcement that the email
is of a commercial advertisement nature must be included within every email
you send due it’s commercial nature. A remove method (or ideally a link) must
also be provided. Even when inviting
close friends and family members’ as ISP’s will still maintain the fullest
